About Us
Rusty and Kim Reeve have owned Briarmeade Estates since the Spring of 2017. Rusty retired from the defense business after 41 years and Kim has a special events and legal background. Having a passion for real-estate, they set their sights on purchasing a mobile home community as something they could do in retirement.
"We feel very fortunate to have found such a charming community on a beautiful golf course in historic northeast Alabama. We just knew that it was the perfect place for us!” Although their primary home is in Texas, they stay at the park as much as possible and consider Briarmeade Estates their “home-away-from-home”.
Rusty and Kim have been busy adapting to Alabama life, improving the grounds, remodeling homes, and making lots of friends. “Our goal is to establish Briarmeade Estates as the premier mobile home community in the area. We love our residents and are doing everything we can to build a community of people proud to call Briarmeade Estates their home.”
